WHAT IT IS
Your Concierge can appear wherever your customers already are — on your website, on a screen at your reception, on a visitor's own phone by QR code, and on your phone line. You choose which of those you use. It is the same Concierge in each, working from what it knows about your business: your hours, your services, your people, your policies, and the small details that make a returning customer feel known.
It is built for businesses where presence matters: funeral homes, clinics, salons, studios, hotels, wellness practices, professional offices. Anywhere a warm, accurate answer beats a menu, a voicemail, or an empty inbox.
Your Concierge does not start empty, and it is not left to you to fill it. Before you do anything it researches your business from what is already published about you. You then correct and extend that in two ways: a training session with Jason, our training agent, where you talk through your business and fix anything that is wrong; and your own Knowledge Catalogue in the portal, where seven boards hold what your business publishes — notices, staff, services, documents, links, knowledge, and urgent call routing. Change any of them and the change is live across every channel almost immediately.
It connects to a real person whenever a real person is needed. It never invents an answer it has not been given. And it does not close.
Maria is the face you see here — the Concierge you meet on our own site. Yours is chosen and named by you.
